Taking money, never responding. HORRIBLE and FALSE promises!!!!

Debiting money from account for the past 13 months, apart from monthly premium of R299, every single month since November 2017; another amount of R50 to R199 has been debited, as well. This adds up to R1700 that gym company is owing me. Not to mention, they did the same in December 2018, after being told about ALL the extra debit orders. (Another R50 was deducted!!!!). I spoke to Londiwe, who told me they are currently busy with the process, however this has been going on for three weeks. No call back, or update on my situation. Promises for calling me back or keeping updated were false. Nomfundo, who apparently is also working on my account, has never been heard of. I will definitely NOT recommend anyone to use or apply for a contract.
