taking funds 3 months after canceled contracts

<p>i cancelled my gym contracts with the gym company bromhof only to find they hadnt done it on the system i then resend the email s to cancel as then i recieved a confermation letter only to find 2 months later they have put a dept order on my account again as this is now ***** i contacted them to be told they have not recieved my email or a cancellation form i then thretened with legel action and im still waiting for them to sort this out. i have asked FNB to put a stop on any dept orders from them and the keep changing the code so they can still take money. i feel this is disgusting.</p>
