Super bad service

<p>My girlfriend and i had signed up at Randburg Sqaure about a month ago. Yesterday i have FINALLY received my tag but i am still waiting for my other tag to come. Today (2017/07/26) i phoned them to ask what is happening the lady at reception put me hold after i started explaining what the issue is. I waited for a while and as soon as the call was removed from hold she ****ed the call. I phoned again and had no answer at all.</p> <p>We have moved to Bromhof gym, the gym there tried to get our tags on a daily basis. (Thank you Bromhof for the assistance). Randburg told them that they cannot give it to them as we must go pick it up our self. When we get there they havent even loaded us in the system. What a **** service from Randburg Sqaure.</p> <p>Please can you also explain why Bromhof cannot pick up our tags or submit the forms as they clearly know what they are doing.</p>
