I was at the gym on Sunday after a long time, I enjoyed my session and as I was taking a shower after my session, having my locker locked, my phone was ****** from my locker. I then went to reception to go report it and I got the surprise of my life. The lady at reception told me that I was not the first to have experienced this ordeal. What is so appalling about the whole situation is that the lady at reception told me that this is not the first time this has happened in the gym. They've had previous locker burglaries before but what surprises me even more is that they've not improved surveillance in the locker room. For all we know, it is their \tried & tested\" cleaning staff. I no longer feel safe in that gym and in the right mind-frame of canceling my contract as I feel that I am not safe as well as my belongings. I would appreciate it if there was someone from the gym who would make contact with me in regards to this. Truly speaking, I am now a very disappointed customer."
