Still o/s salary for Cloe Pieters

I had a run-in with gym company a couple of years ago where I wasn't even using my membership and later discovered that I was handed over for R8.5k I called and had a fight with numerous managers and eventually they rectified the matter. I still discourage my friends and family against taking out a contract with them to this day... Moving swiftly along, my you youngest daughter who was fresh from school took up a job with Gym company at their Randburg square branch. She only worked there for 2mnths then resigned but submitted her last time sheet back in Nov:20. Today, 6mnths later she has still not been paid after promises made by Martin, the newly appointed regional manager who also happens to be quite arrogant and dismissive and downright rude. We took the matter to the CCMA but was advised to try sort it out with the company as it was a rather small amount (7days outstanding salary). I sent them an email demanding that my daughters o7s salary is paid out by COB today or we will take further steps in this matter. I just wanted to let the Gym Company know that they should not treat people this way especially our youth because the youth are the ones who really have a difficult time with life and our economy as it is.
