Stay away from The Gym Company Jacaranda

Do not sign any paperwork with this gym, ever. I have been trying to get my membership cancelled since June 2024, was told I had to pay 70% of the outstanding amount, only to find out I never had a contract but have been on a month to month membership. They 'backdated' the cancellation date to come to an end in October 2024. Needless to say, I have been trying to get this sorted for much too long now. I have laid a formal complaint with the Ombudsman. Let's see what happens now.
