STAY AWAY FROM GYM COMPANY - UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING HARASSED

-5 Stars would be the appropriate review. I cancelled my gym membership in person at the front desk where I was informed that I would have to pay three months notice. After the three month's notice, Gym Company still attempted to deduct money from my account. Shortly afterwards I was harassed by the employees via Whatsapp messages, and calls pertaining to my "default on the account". I told them that I gave notice and paid my three months notice, and then they asked me for proof of cancellation - which I was never given nor aware of. I told the staff on numerous occasions, with each harassment, that it is not my duty to have their admin in order. I paid for my three months notice where I didn't even visit the gym as I was in another province. This was August 2023, and to date I still am being harassed.
