STAY AWAY FROM GYM COMPANY FLORA CENTER JHB!!!

They do not even deserve 1 star! 3yrs of terrible accounts department, lack of skill & service, no aircons & no generators. So wen ther is loadsheddn the gym is basically closed. The managers excuse is the mall management will not allow them to have a generator but yet so many other shops in the same mall operate with generators. So i tawt my 3yr nightmare was coming to an end in March this year. A mnth later i get txt sayn im in arrears. So i call them & they say i shudve informed them a month in advance that i want to cancel the gym membership even though my 3yrs is up. So i shud fill out form & send it back to them which i did. Once again i didnt receive any confirmation from Gym company accounts that they received my cancelation form. Now i just see my arrears going up month on month...To cut a long painful story short, Gym Company are breaking all Consumer Act regulations & are ripping already cash strapped SAfricans off!! Stay away from Gym company Flora Center Jhb.
