i have had the worst experience at the gym company in benoni

3 months before my gym contract ended , i spoke to a lady telling her i want to cancel my gym contract as soon as it ends, she told me to fill in the forms and send it through to her , and as soon as the 3 months is over she wil process it.

now few months after , they phone me and tell me i must come in and pay over R1000, because the lady doesn't work their anymore and she never put in my cancelation forms , and to make things worst, they tell me the 1 month they forgot debit me , i must also pay the month they missed

shocking how bad they are , i will not leave things here, they still demand i must pay all that money for mistakes they made
