I paid what I was anniversary I owe, with the additional 3 months for cancelation period. I was still debited R399 with the R99 which way debited from my account apparently it's for covering the debt. This was not even discussed with me that they will debit another R99 rand from my account. I'm disgusted that from the time I spoke to the guy just that same month everything went south nothing the consultant said to me happened. He took R100 from me dating it way good a tag. I just want them to tell me why was I debited again.
