**** service!!!

I joined this gym in 2016, contract ended in 2019. They continued to debit me even when i had stopped going. Then gave my partner what they called " right of use" to use the gym. I asked whether if it was a new agreement they confirmed "NO" ! Now i wish to stop their debit order, I am told i signed a contract, I asked for the contract i signed. Instead i am showed the contract i signed in 2016 . What's now irritating is that my account is blacklisted with the NCB and i had to deal with the most rude and useless " Accountant" Dineo Malefane who hung up on me more than twice then tells me that " She has more important things to do". The service at this gym is appalling. I just want them to stop debiting from my account!
