Run around when cancelling

I logged a ticket to cancel my membership in October. They’ve still not got back to me. Called and was told to go to the branch I signed up in. When I was able to go there since I no longer live close to that branch. I was told the admins for cancellation are not in and the other is on leave. I need to come back next time even when I told her I no longer live close by. I asked for a number to call and she gave me a number that never gets picked up. I want to cancel this gym membership
