Rude trainer

The staff there is rude, I was at Nkomo village gym and the trainer by the name of Lee embarrassedly n rudely asked to leave right in the middle of the session as he said I did not book for the session but when I joined I was never told that to attend spinning classes you have to book 1st and I have been attending for a while and nothing like this happen and I have attended the same time class for a while and I was never chased out,
