Rude Manager -Bad Service and theft in the Gym😡😡😡

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my son who is a member at your gym at the Tshwane regional mall . On the 3rd of May 2026 I received a call from him that his phone was ****** from the charging station out of the locker and when he reported the matter to the manager that was on duty to request that all they conduct searches of all the members bags that are leaving the gym that day the request was declined and then he requested that they go into the camera control room to look at the footage so that he can see what hapenned he was told that only the service manager (Nthabeleng ) had access to the cameras and she was not on duty .When I arrived at the gym the receptionist was on the phone with Nthabeleng who was very reluctant to assist the acting manager with the password and was very rude to us. My biggest frustration is that whilst she was refusing to give the password to the assistant manager on duty the ***** got away with my son’s I phone. Whilst conversing with the team and the other customers it was mentioned that there was previous similar incidents that had happened in that gym which probably were reported and no proper action was taken to prevent it from happening again. Also I think it’s also imperative that The gym company in Tshwane mall needs to do a dip stick / mini electronic survey on your customer satisfaction so that you get a better understanding of where your business is sitting at. As much as you are recruiting more customers to join your gym ( are your customers happy ) what more about your general team morale because they are your biggest assets and if they are victimised and scared to talk then you have a much bigger problem . So after trying to get hold of the regional manager yesterday with very little success we decided to leave without resolving the problem. I asked my son to go to the police station to open a case and then we will also make sure to put this on hello Peter , X Tick tok and face book. I will be in gym tommorrow on the4th to go and cancell my son’s membership .
