rude and useless gym

i have asked these guys to cancel my membership and till now they taking money from me and i don’t use there service the machines are out dated never work one machine been out of service from the day i went there service level on this place is rated **** with me as water stations have warm water not even ice cool water you get shouted at if you slam a wieght by mistake this is a joke i have requested someone to call me and waiting 2 months for a phone call bad service shut that gym down florida is not a place to go gym rude staff
