Ripp off and *********** Staff

I was assisted by a gentleman in November and he assisted me with my membership, I noticed in January that they hadn't debited me for December and January.I reached out to them,and I was advised that the consultant who assisted me entered the incorrect details,and I have now accumulated 2 months of unpaid fees.I took this up with the manager Craig,and requested that he call me, on the 19 February,he still has not called me and today is the 11th and I have been advised that they will take legal action.
