Request to Cancel Ignored

Hello,<br> <br> Please note that I haven't made any payments towards my gym contract because for months now I have been calling your team to cancel the contract but I am being sent all over the show and no one is willing to assist me.<br> <br> First of all, I express my frustration and disappointment in your failure to effectively communicate moving the location of the gym from Turfontein (Stadium) which was the reason I joined in the first place. The place was closer to my house and I didn't have to drive and take up extra costs to get to the gym. <br> <br> To my surprise, when I arrived at the Turfontein venue one time, the gates were locked and not even a notice was put up. I called in an I spoke to one of your agents, who was very rude and unprofessional, and she explained that I have to now start attending in Winchester... no apology, no nothing!<br> <br> And now, I cannot get to Winchester gym and have been requesting for this to be cancelled.<br> <br> I feel that your unprofessional approach to doing business in infringing with my consumer rights, I need this contract cancelled asap.<br> <br> My ID number is in the subject line, since I don't even have a proper card to send you my account number.
