Regrets!

So I sent this stupid gym an email with regards to my membership. I told them I'm having fiancial difficulties so I want to freeze my account for a while because I can't afford to pay. The lady from the gym called me asking my reasons for wanting to freeze my account and she told me im not allowed to freeze my account unless im pregnant or have a medical report stating that I have an injury and wont be able to gym... I mean ***???? Clearly they hire representatives that sell us all these dreams and now they cant fulfill our expectations. I wouldnt recommend this gym to anyone
