Refusing to downgrade my membership

Iv been on a platinum membership for months and till today there is nothing to show for it. Went in to the gym to downgrade and I was told i need to bring 3 people to join before i can downgrade, how crazy is that???? So I must be a sales person for Gym company b4 downgrading. <br> <br> This is stupid and i dont even think its legal not to allow clients to downgrade. Do yourselves a favor and downgrade me today.you keep on telling me that i will see the benefits soon but yet im paying for a service that is still to come???<br> <br> Looking foward to your positive response.
