REFUSES TO GIVE A RECEIPT,THEN DISCRIMINATES!!

I wanted to cancel my contract so I spoke to Phil the assistant manager and Tumi. They told me it will be 20% of the remaining months of the contract and that I can pay them the R600 and they will do the transfer for me. When I went with the money the consultant Musa told me that I must go pay Phil So I waited for Phil spoke to him he agreed on the amount and I gave him the money but when I asked for a receipt he said No he cant give me one because he was doing me a favour... after I refused to take no for an answer Phil made racial remarks ... HOW COULD THEY POSSIBLY MAKE SUCH A PERSON ASSISTANT MANAGER ... plain RUDE.. no respect.. REALLY POOR SURVICE... this gym has definitely seen the last of me!!!
