refused to freeze my account

I opened a gym account with gym company Bara/Diepkloof branch and the person that signed me was a guy called katlego, katlego told me that I can freeze my account anytime I want to, I have a case now and that is I am moving from my current location which is soweto devland to germiston and in germiston they don't have a branch there and I cannot continue to pay for the gym that I will not be going to so they refused to freeze my account and katlego failed to tell me what they told me today.
