Refund - will Take three months

I wanted to downgrade to a lower premium of R199 and paid the downgrade fee of R1500.00, I went to sign the new contract but was told that a new gym is opening up near my area in 2020. I decided, to keep the original contract of R299. I asked Gym Company Florida for a refund and they said it takes three months to refund an EFT payment. It is so disappointing that they do not have a system in place to refund members immediately, I was told it needs to be approved by a region manager when he is available, which is so ridicules. Please be aware of this. Granted, I made an error in paying. Please be aware of such things.
