Refund

I wanted to join gym company so i went to see Musa and I singned the contract and had to pay R300. So when i wanted to cancel my membership with virgin active they told me that i had to pay R2500 cancellation fee so i decided to stay with virgin active as i cant afford to pay that. We went to see Musa the following day to cancel and when i said i want a refund him and his manager was full of stories and then when i showed him in the contract that i am allowed to get a refund because i am cancelling in the 5day cancelation period and then they changed their story and he said i can get my money refunded the next day because the accounting lady wasn't there, i dont understand why i cant get it immediately as i paid cash????? Then i phoned musa and he was full of stories about the accounting lady that is on training untill monday?? Makes me suspicious..
