Poor service & no assitance

So my contract has expired end of Dec 2020. They continued debiting a monthly fee from my account until I finally phoned them. I was told even though my contract has expired I still have formally cancel it (so no money back). End of Augustus 2021 I sent a completed cancellation form. But yet they are STILL debiting a monthly fee. I sent emails - no responses, I try to call - Flora Centre branch number does not go through, phoned other branches - they keep referring me to the branch where the contract was signed at. Very very poor service
