Poor service from Randburg Gym Company

Randburg Gym company, they don’t have costumer care, I went there today after work all the entrance were not working, I called them and ask how to enter the gym , the lady said I’m alone here, there is nothing I can do, ‘imagine’,, I went again inside the mall I found the other guy trying to explain , you know what he told me, you have to go to the reception and tell them, then I said I did call them now , then he said there is nothing I can do😳, what ****ed me off we are paying for that gym and get useless service from Randburg Gym company, I think you have to do something about your employers , or send them for proper training for them to knows how to treat clients 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏼👎🏽
