Poor service

My fiancé has been trying to cancel her membership for the last 3 years,where by they said that she cannot cancel. We recently found out that her membership has expired in March of 2020,but still we cannot do a simple cancelation. This is poor service and would not reccomend anybody to this gym. We have been paying almost a years membership for no reason at all
