Poor service

On the 14th December 2021, I phoned Gym Company to cancel my contract, I was informed that my contract expires only in June. I was then informed that I'll have to pay +/- R760 if I terminate my contract with immediate effect. But to my surprise that has not been effected. It's disgusting and unprofessional, as I spent time and money to make that call to terminate my contract. Can this receive urgent attention.
