Poor Service Delivery By Gym Company Musgrave , Faulty and Old Gym Equipment's I use

Background Summary

I joined the Gym Company Musgrave in June and started attending in July . On my 1st Day at the gym I was very disappointed to the extent that I went and reported to the staff members that assisted me in joining the gym .

The following things were the things that I picked up on my face day

1. The entrance door at the ladies gym is broken 2. Two equipment’s and the ladies gym the seat adjuster were broken 3. The shower tiles / walls were dirty 4. One Shower was out of order and another shower didn’t have soap dispenser that meant two showers are not in use . 5. The sink were dirty 6. The poor quality of the equipment’s

I reported the above and left came back to the gym and find that nothing was done , I reported the above and came back the item 1, 2 4 and 6 were still not attended too and I reported again and informed the operation manager that I require my membership cancelled as he was not sure when the renovations will take place and no feedback was received .

The worst is that they know the gym require renovation and new machines but still refuse to cancel my membership . saying i should give them time as they are in the process to buy new equipment but don't even know when is that
