Poor service

Good morning. Well where even to start! Gym company your admin staff lack training, but can you blame the staff if the management is just as useless. I have been struggling for a week to sort out my gym company membership the regional manager had to phone me back but didn't have the decency to even contact me. ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GYM THEY ARE AS USELESS AS IT COME IF YOU NEED MORE INFO PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL ***
