Poor service

Due medical pregnancy reason declared by my specialist I can't gym anymore according to the gym policy I may freeze my contract if I have a medical certificate but I was denied this right at Bara gym company. I had to argue my case for this to be processed..... They could only freeze my contract for 3 months even when the doctor declared that I may come back to gym after seven month, I regret the day I join the gym... I was even advices to cancel my contract which is not my wish want to continue to gym yet my situation doesn't allow it..... Now I must pay a 45rand fee every month without a valid reason... I never experience such treatment with other gyms facilities. When I join the gym I was mislead by the consulted to sign in for the 300 membership while I thought I was signing for the 199rand membership now is this The maneger is rude she doesn't allow me to communicate is her way or the high way.... I don't appreciate being treated small..... Il never step in that gym again .... The manager that addressed me is... Lesego mngoma
