Poor service and *****

l had a contract with them and due to to medical reasons l was suppose to cancel my contract. it was so difficulty to engage with the company. And to my surprise they had been debiting more on my account. My bank actually notified me and they reversed some of the money. l went to ask and they were not willing to assist . when they debit your account they use different references and this becomes difficulty for the bank to stop them.
