Poor service

Im disappointed in gym company, the one near ghandi Square. Staff there are quick to tell members to wear masks but they not even wearing it. Fitness staff always on the phone and making calls on the floor. Service is poor. Please tell Fitness staff to wear masks. I'm a member at virgin active as well but their healthy and safety regulations are 100% and you'll never find staff on their phones.
