Poor Service

Every month I receive texts saying I must rejoin the gym so my name can be removed from the Credit Berue. My contract with the Gym ended a long time ago and they have been debiting the required amount. Their website does not have contact numbers or people. I submitted a feedback form twice but nobody bothered to call me,I have sent a message for someone to call me but to no available. I do not owe them therefore they should clear my name!
