Poor service

My fiancé has a contract with gym company, she has had numerous issues regarding the termination of her contract. She has been debited during lockdown whislt other gyms have not debited their clients. They have assured their clients that despite them paying during lockdown. They will be rewarded with a free extension at the end of their contract, this was not the case. They proceeded to tell her that she needed to be the first 100, this was not communicated. They refuse to share the customer policy. This, however. Is sneaky and *********. I will not recommend gym company to anyone
