Poor service

So sending cancelation doesn't mean much. After 2 months sending the form and getting upset because money is being taken, they decided to cancel the contract, but until now I was not reimbursed for those 2 months. Clearly also doesn't help sending emails as you just don't get any response. They do not care about the customers at all. I would not even advice any friends or family to join them as they very quik to take money, but giving back you can clearly forget about it.
