POOR SERVICE

I had signed up for a 36 month gym contract on the 20/01/2016, and was told that my first months debit order would go off in March 2016 so I would get the month of February free. I woke up to a notification that a debit order went off on the 1 February 2016, I did not budget for the money this month and don't earn a big salary so it does affect me. When I enquired about the fault I was told that they can not credit the money back into my account even though it was their fault and I was told that I would not pay for the month of February!!!
