Poor Security System

On the 15/08/2017 I had my bag ****** from a locker inside the changing rooms. Inside the bag was a laptop (which was my working tool) , cell phone, my clothes, wallet and many other items. I understand the terms and conditions/procedure - it is in your contract clause after all. Be that as it may, the security system in the gym is non-existent. If someone can open a padlock and waltz out of the gym with another's items, we are not safe at all. Maybe the management team can look at other means or ways of tightening up security. I understand the camera issue inside the changing rooms but something has to be done. Week in, week out someone loses their valuables. I once witnessed a situation at the Bara Mall branch where a padlock was broken by a staff member because a client claimed that someone had locked their staff inside her locker. At no consultation with the other member, the lock was broken just like that. Maybe this is another way that our valuables get ******. Just a thought.

Hopefully this post will open your eyes to the risk that we face as your clients and maybe the senior management of Gym company will consider other options.
