POOR POOR SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

I called several times at your Maponya branch last week to get a balance on my account .I was retrenched last year and couldn't continue with the contract . I'am now employed and want to pay you people and do not wish to deal with you.i will join Virgin Active or Planet fitness. i was told by the receptionist someone from accounts will contact me, i assume this will only happen in NEVA DAE!
