Poor hygiene, no maintenance and bad service

Hi, it's sad that manager and CEO of the company does not care about the branch at Westgate mall. Manager Trevor might have complained or read the complaint about maintanance of gym equipment, shower hot water and running water,hygiene inside the building whilst monthly premiums are paid.

The equipments are out of order, hot water is cold, and limited but R399. 99 is paid monthly, hygiene and bacteria is basically not even a conVerna, so who must client complaints because there is I don't give a damn attitude from management and CEO or the owner.

Waiting for November for maintenance and equipments to be repaired is not an option. Also, why is other branches being attended to accept this one. What a bad service and careless attitude given.
