poor customer service from gym Company

Poor service from Gym Company in Flora Center,I went there to cancel my membership and the consultant told me that I have to pay cancellation fee,I told the consultant that i wont pay any cancellation because they didn't tell me about cancellation when i joined...then one of the manager threaten me by saying if i don't pay they will blacklist me...he said he had to rush somewhere he will call and he never called.I send the email and i was called and the person who called me said he will get back to me but he never did,and he didn't help me.
