Poor Admin duties!!

I am overly exhausted with dealing with this company and monthly accounts. Every month I get double debited or charged an extra amount that what am supposed to be charged, and when I do question them it’s always a case of they’ll have to see why. With regards to the payments associations act of South Africa no company is allowed to double debit or extra debit your account, but clearly the gym company does not comply to this!!!!

Also there is an extra member on my account who I am paying for, her account was outstanding with +/- R700. I have been dealing with the accounts lady Nabia at the gym company in roodepoort every month, I paid up this account in July and sent her Proof of payment yet every other month she still harasses me and questions the payment yet she stood right next to me when payment was done and proof of payment sent!!!!!!!!

Your service is horrible, clearly you guys dont attend to admin duties or need to look at getting more professional people employed!!!! I am sick and tired of calling every month to have my account sorted out!!!!!!!!!! When I try to get the managers details, no one can provide me with this!!!!!!!!! Month after month, I have had enough now!!!!!!!!
