Please Cancel

The Gym Company make it extremely difficult to cancel your contract. They ask you to download the App but the App doesn't give cancellation option for a long standing contract. In the age of technology I want to cancel by phone or app and not have to face barriers to cancel. Please cancel please I gave notice in Nov that I want to cancel and now face unnecessary barriers and you still take my money. Please confirm cancellation.
