Payment/ cancellation

utterly disappointed at the Gym company Randburg branch. Customer experience is unacceptable! I relocated back to KZN and advised that I wish to cancel a month in advance. I've never missed a premium and am set to pay my final premium,guess what no cancelation is logged and now i must serve 3 additional months. Stay away from this company!
