Pathetic Service with Clue less consultants

Cancellation of unused membership not actioned. The service from Gym Company is by far the worst. They dont respond to the emails, they dont answer the calls, but they are very good at debiting and sending sms's to remind you of the debit due. I joined Gym company a week before lockdown, they have collected more than R1000 however I have never used their facilities, It is only common sense to cancel the membership as lock dock took more than 6 months. Seems like they are not interested, all they want is for me to pay for a Membership i dont use. I have joined a different Gym and therefore will not be paying for this, Please sort your service out!!!! it is PATHETIC!!!
