Pathetic service ever

People, Westgate Gym company is the worse gym center I feel like being ****med, join it at your own risk. Let me tell you about their pathetic service: 1. They have three (3) showers that don't work yet the gym is so full, especially in the afternoon, one must stand in the queue for at least 30-45 minutes before can take a shower. 2. The water pressure from the shower is so pathetic low, it takes you 30min to finish your shower, it’s better using a tap to clean yourself after gym than those showers. 3. The sauna is so dirt you could see grease on the floor. 4. Gym machines goes for weeks if not months before being fixed even a simple thing like replacing a cable. I can't wait for my contract to come to an end. I really don't wish even my worst enemy to experience the service being provided by that Gym Company in Westgate. They are so quick to remind us about double deduction for November. They are so good at recruiting new members, yet they are not improving their service, the gym is getting fuller and fuller day by day. What are they doing with all the revenue collected every month beats me. Next steps is to call newspapers or radio station and expose them. I regret leaving Virgin Active for this nonsense.
