Pathetic service.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I have been dealing with a agent by the name of Maureen Lefifi and a admin that ADVISED the debit order will be coming off my account. My husband switch accounts and I agreed to pay on his behalf sent all the documents required and still for the past 2 months it hasnt been going through. Im subjected to e mails on the daily about paymennt in arrears when they them selves dont want the money .

Im am really annoyed with the lack of service and I see but other reviews no one is acctualyy going to come back and advise me other wise.
