Pathetic service

Westgate Gym Company is worse than anything, poor service. Once a machine is broken it takes weeks if not months before it get fixed. The steam room has never worked since I joined the gym last year. Funny enough they continue to use steam room as their marketing tool, false adverti*****t. I can't remember how many times I have spoken to management about it, the steam room they keep saying next month. Funny enough today they took a maintenance fee from my account, to maintain what, I don't know. I wouldn't recommend Westgate Gym Company to any enemy of mine. Pathetic service
