Pathetic Service

I joined the gym company Bara branch mid September and I was told that I'll be joining for a low fee of about 200 per month. They said the 1st debit order date would be end of October. I went to the gym once and got a job elsewhere but thought I'd continue with them anyway . I had to change my banking details so I tried calling them over and over before the 1st deduction but couldn't get through I called the manager and left messages but no reply. Until messages started coming through for my account being behind on payments I sent countless emails but I'm getting no help. At the moment I'm far from soweto so going to the branch is quite impossible. Their service is BAD!
