This is absolutely disappointing, after paying our account for over a year we get told that we are sitting on areas for an amount of R700 WHAAAT,apparently you never received a payment for December 2017 and you have successfully received payments for the whole of 2018,clearly you guys have a back log of supposedly unpaid accounts and you are trying to catch up which is fine but not on my expense ,you guys dont have proof that you informed us of such and we were ignorance to pay ,and when i called your Winchester branch i was told that your records shows that no information regarding this was ever communicated to us but however R700 still needs to be paid ,and i am going to tell you now you are taking my family for a ride i am still going to look at my wife's bank statement and if this is true we owe you we will gladly pay that R358 installment which we have not had a problem paying since we joined your GYM not R700 . I need feedback from someone who has got answers Please i never wasted your time and don't waste mine
