Pathetic Service

This company doesn't even deserve a rating. I have not used the Gym services for 2 years. This is because I don't have the time due to work. I have been paying but I actually realised it's not a wise Financial sense. I raised two tickets on their app and reversed the payment. I received a call from a very rude lady, no greeting whatsoever. Started shouting at me that I am behind with my premium and told the lady that this is no way to speak to customers, she told me that I must come to their offices to cancel membership. The two tickets I have raised still no feedback. I phoned them yet another unpleasant call and promised that there's someone who will call me back and I am still waiting. I will keep reversing the debit orders. I don't understand the double debits that I get every year around November.
